Conference Purpose: To provide a forum for exchange of research ideas, results on the basic science and clinical care of Vitiligo, and to gather input from patients on advocacy efforts, quality of life, and perception of the disease.

Conference Logo: Symbolic of self-consciousness of patients and their struggle to fit into the aesthetics of the modern world, this logo reminds of why we do this and why we need to make Vitiligo a thing of the past.

Weather
The average maximum daytime temperature in the month of November in Detroit  is  51°F (10.5°C), while the average minimum temperature is a chilly 38°F (3°C). You’ll need a jacket during the day and a warm coat in the evening.

 Meeting Attire
The attire for both the educational sessions and social events is business casual.

The meeting is not sanctioned for CME/PRA Category 1 Credits. However, the meeting will comply as much as possible with the policies and best practices of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. All individuals in a position to control the content of the activity, including speakers and authors, moderators, and planning committee members, will properly disclose relevant financial relationships with any commercial interests pertinent to their talk or the subject of the meeting.

A certificate of attendance suitable for framing will be provided to all delegates.
