The hotel is located approximately 25 minutes (20 miles/ 32 km) from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW).

 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND RATES

The following discounted group rate has been secured for the 2018 Vitiligo International Symposium at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center for the dates of Monday, November 5, 2018 through Sunday, November 11, 2018 based on availability.

$159 USD single/double occupancy for standard rooms with either a king size or two double beds.

All room rates are currently subject to 15% tax. The hotel does not charge a resort fee. Children under 18 years and younger may stay in their parent’s or guardian’s room at no charge in the existing bedding.

 

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is 3:00 PM

Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

 

HOTEL DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE/CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to confirm reservations, the hotel requires a one-night deposit by credit card for each room. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date or “no show,” you will be charged for one night, forfeiting the one-night deposit.

Driving directions from airport

Take I-94 East, exit Lodge Freeway (M10) South. Lodge Freeway becomes Jefferson Avenue. Turn right on Beaubien – just past the GM Renaissance Center building. Self Parking available at the Beaubien at Port Atwater garages on Beaubien Street. For Valet Parking, turn right on Atwater. Turn right at Renaissance Drive. The hotel is on the right.
